Employment Law Attorney | New York, NY

A leading plaintiff-side employment law firm in New York City is seeking a passionate and experienced Employment Law Attorney to represent workers in complex workplace rights cases. This is a full-time, in-office position with opportunities for impact litigation and client advocacy.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a full caseload of employment matters from intake through resolution or trial.
• Conduct client interviews, legal research, and case evaluation.
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and legal briefs.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for employee rights.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience in employment law.
• Strong knowledge of Title VII, ADA, ADEA, NYSHRL, and NYCHRL.
• Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Passion for advancing civil rights and workplace equity.

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is between $130,000-$200,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidat e.
